- Craft campaign & communication strategies aligned with business/brand goals.

- Deputize senior leaders in pitches and new business initiatives.
- Brief creative teams with clarity, ensuring strategies inspire standout work.
- Analyze industry trends and media landscapes to tailor innovative solutions.
- Contribute to awards submissions and case studies.

职位要求

- Experience: 4-6 years (3+ in advertising/communications, 1+ in strategy/planning).
- Mastery in English (reading/writing);
- Proven ability to lead projects independently (2-3 simultaneously).
- Expertise in brand-building techniques (purpose, archetypes, etc.).
- Strong research, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Mindset: Creative problem-solver, collaborative, and client-ready.
- Preferred: Experience in a global agency or complex industry verticals (e.g Auto).
