Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing both domestic and international teams, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Executing and meeting client immediate needs with accuracy and speed.
• Translate client needs into actionable plans, ensuring full-chain ownership from strategy to execution.
• Track global market trends and regional differences to optimize strategies and strengthen international brand presence.
• Proactively share recommendations and solutions based on good understanding of client business, industry trends, and market environment.
• Facilitate cross-market and cross-cultural collaboration to improve international teamwork efficiency.

职位要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in advertising, with proven track record in go-global clients or global communications projects.
• Strong understanding of communications logic, with the ability to both understand client business and provide strategic and creative solutions.
• Solid strategic thinking skills, able to independently generate insights and translate them into actionable plans.
• Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English (written & spoken), capable of producing professional content and collaborating with global teams.
• Excellent project management and communication skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
