Job Description
1. Project leadership: Capable of engaging internal and external project stakeholders to resolve any foreseeable or existing roadblocks to keep driving the project forward. A trustworthy partner, the first go-to person for everything that’s related to the project;
2. Strategic thinking: Knowledgeable about client business. Comfortable of partnering with clients and planning team to identify/narrow down the problems the team should focus on, giving recommendations on strategy directions
3. Good manageable skills working with junior team members. Can give clear day-to-day advice and guidance to the junior team members;
4. Familiar with the popular social platforms, sensitive to social trends.
Requirements
1. Curious-minded, resourceful with good problem-solving skills;
2. Smart, strong ownership, can handle pressure, can hands on, has strategic sense;
3. Language: Bilingual as working language;
4. Experienced in FMCG/Beauty/Fashion;
5. Must to have 4A/Multinational company working experience with solid years;
6. Nice to have 4A+Local/IMC working experience.
